She is stone and fragment, weathered and incomplete — and still radiant.

Her dress is woven from shards of stained glass, once part of something larger, now gathered and reassembled. But the light does not come from outside her. It begins within.

In a cathedral, sunlight passes through glass to illuminate the interior. Here, the direction is reversed. What has been broken becomes the medium through which her own light moves outward.

This piece marks a quiet shift for me — a return to creating without chasing, to mysticism without apology. Not striving to find the light, but allowing it to originate where it always was.

Some things are not repaired.
They are illuminated.
