Seeker (Keeper) of Keys

Created: 2025

Medium: Digital collage (PowerPoint)

Categorie(s): Sacred Thresholds

Artist Note

This piece emerges from that quiet place within me that still believes doors appear when we are finally ready to open them. The keys represent the parts of ourselves we spend a lifetime searching for — wisdom, courage, forgiveness, truth — but also the parts we guard, afraid of what they might reveal.

The figure stands at a threshold, neither fully inside nor outside, embodying the tension of becoming. In their hands, the keys are both invitation and responsibility: the power to unlock what has been hidden, and the humility to know some doors open only when the heart is willing.

This work asks a simple, sacred question:
What have you locked away, and what are you brave enough to open next?

This piece is a living work. What you see here is one version in time.
