1. INTER-SPIRITUAL "You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens.” — Rumi Contemplation: How do you know when your heart has become one with the words you write? 2. EXPERIENTIAL Try using your breath to sweep away all the things that make you think you're writing isn't good enough to share with the world: not relevant enough, not interesting enough ... not good enough. Inhale the life force of spirit and exhale away all the things that keep you from showing up as a writer in the world. Breathe. You're worth it. 3. PRACTICAL Difference In Meaning : Disciple Versus Apostle If you are writing anything spiritual, there may be a time when you are pressed to explain the difference between "disciple" and "apostle." All apostles were disciples — but not all disciples are apostles. Disciples are students who learn from the teacher. Apostles are students who are called to share their voice with the world.
